A Gable is generally the triangular portion of the upper End wall; this does not include any of the walls under. The shape of the gable and how it is detailed depends on the structural style used.
A-Frame Vertical Roof Style option looks much better than the regular style roof, the panels on the roof are vertical as compared to the A-frame design with horizontal panels. On this option the weld section from the roof to the legs or post is much stronger than a corner bended regular style design. The unit does have a nice 6” side overhang and the tubing under the overhang is covered by an “L” trim when it is completely open or “Z” trim on a fully enclosed buildings, giving it a very nice finished appearance. This type of unit utilizes hat channel that is needed to support the roof panels with the vertical orientation, and ridge cap and outside closures is used to cover the seams where the vertical panels meet at the apex of the roof. There is more material used in the vertical roof carport as opposed to the other two roof styles.

Garage Overhead Door
A Garage Overhead Door is the largest moving object in your Building/Garage. Non- Insulated and Insulated doors are available. Insulated Doors will help to reduce the transfer of heat or cold air into your garage. This is important for a couple reasons:
- If you use your garage as a workshop, your comfort will be a top priority. An insulated garage door will help keep the temperature in the garage within a narrower temperature range as compared to the extreme range of the outside temperature.
- An insulated garage door is generally quieter and has a more attractive interior than a non-insulated door.
